Our Safety Tools

Deposit Limits

Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately, and any request to increase it takes effect after 48 hours, protecting you from depositing more than you intended in an emotional moment. Minimum deposit is ৳300.

Time-Out Feature

If you feel you need a short break, use our time-out feature. Temporarily suspend your account for any period from 24 hours to 30 days. During this time you will not be able to log in or make deposits.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gaming is getting out of control, use the self-exclusion feature. Your account can be kept permanently closed for anywhere from 6 months to 5 years. No promotional communications will be sent while exclusion is active.

24/7 Support

Our Bengali-speaking support team is at your service 24 hours a day, every day. Reach out on live chat about any gaming-related concern — we will help you without judgment.

Minor Protection

bahi88 strictly follows a 21+ policy. Age verification is mandatory at registration. If there are children or teenagers in your household, use parental control software on your device and keep your account details private.

Core Principles of Responsible Gaming

Responsible gaming at bahi88 is more than just using tools — it is a mindset. Follow the principles below:

Gaming is for entertainment — enjoy it that way, not as a solution to financial problems
Only spend money that you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life
Set a budget and time limit in advance and stick to them
Avoid gaming when under the influence of alcohol, medication, or stress
There is no strategy that guarantees a win — every outcome is random and independent
Avoid the mindset of "I will win it all back" after a loss

Frequently Asked Questions

Log in to your account, go to the "Responsible Gaming" section, and select the self-exclusion option. You can choose any period from 6 months to 5 years. Once exclusion is activated, your account will be closed immediately and we will not send you any promotional communications during that time. If you need assistance, let us know via live chat.

Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. However, a request to increase the limit takes 48 hours to come into effect. This delay is intentional — so you cannot make decisions in the heat of the moment. To change your limit, go to the "Deposit Limit" section in your account settings.

A time-out is a temporary break — from 24 hours to 30 days. Once this period ends, your account is automatically reactivated. Self-exclusion is longer-term — from 6 months to 5 years — and even after the period ends, a process must be followed to reactivate it. If you feel the problem is serious, self-exclusion is the right choice.
